We recently booked service to the airport via the website and received confirmation by email. Travel plans changed and we needed to cancel; we replied to the confirmation email indicating... read more our needs had changed and we would no longer require service. This was sent well in advance of the cancellation time frame indicated in the terms of service.
Unfortunately, the car was still dispatched despite our having cancelled previously (though they were timely!). I followed up with the provider using the same contact email address from which I was sent the confirmation email and received no response.
I then received a partial no-show bill for service from a different email address associated with the business. I replied that we had previously cancelled according to their guidelines and then followed up again but unfortunately received no response; accordingly, no charges were authorized related to this service. James replied to insist that I did not contact them previously (I did, twice, at the very same email address they used to contact me), that the terms of use indicate I must cancel by phone (they do not state this), and that this failure to successfully cancel was somehow my mistake. After my reply in which I indicated that I would dispute the charges and post a review regarding this experience, he copied his attorney on his reply, threatening legal action and to submit me to his local DA (though, notably, he referred a DA who has not held her position since 2017) if I made any "disparaging remarks".
Since I did not use the actual service, I cannot comment on its quality, but I have major concerns about their practices, particularly those that threaten legal action for posting a truthful review about a fully documented experience.

James instantly refunded the deposit. I then asked him to reschedule for March. He booked us quickly and the ride was pure perfection from start to finish.
